What is the size of your cakes?

The size of all layer and pound cakes is 9 inches. They serve approximately 16 slices.

What is the size of your pies?

The size of pies is 9 inches in width and serve approximately 8 slices.

How long do your desserts stay fresh?

The average time for cakes and pies to stay fresh at room temperature is one week.

Do you currently ship your desserts?

Currently we are only shipping pound cakes and mason jar cobblers, but more will come soon!

How do you order?

Orders for Monday thru Friday should be placed at least two days in advance. All orders will be considered "same business day" if placed before 6 PM. Orders can be placed online. Payments will be processed at the time of purchase.

What is your shipping policy?

When placing an order online to ship to a destination (U.S. Only), please expect a 3-4 business day turnaround. A two-day window is needed to process the order and prepare it for shipping. Once prepared it will then be shipped using the UPS two-day priority process. Keep in mind, UPS doesn’t deliver on Sundays.

For Example:

If a customer would like a cake on Wednesday, a customer should place their order on Saturday before 6PM and it will be shipped to arrive by Wednesday.

UPS will leave the package at the destination, without requiring a signature. Therefore, make sure someone is available to grab your package when it arrives.

What is your delivery/pick-up policy?

A two-day notice is needed in order to set a time for delivery/shipping. There is a $15-dollar delivery charge for all orders delivered within a 45-mile radius of downtown Atlanta. All pick-up orders are free of charge and can be picked up at the Georgia Sourdough Company: 2065 Peachtree Industrial Ct #207, Chamblee, GA 30341. HOURS: M-F 9-5. **Please consider their hours of operation when ordering**.

What is your refund policy?

If there is any problem with your shipped or delivered product, please call us as soon as possible. We must be notified of any delivery issues within 2 days and for shipped items, 5 business days to be able to resolve the problem.

We cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances:

· An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

· Weather related delivery issues

· Cakes not removed from packaging in a timely manner (i.e. packages left at

an address when someone is out of town)

· Delivery problems beyond our control.
